Hi, The time on a Down "Timer" tried to reduce 1.30 minutes but the
original time reappearing after each powerpro restart. I believe the
edit is not saving in powerpro. What is the solution for this?

Thanks for any replies.

Can you please confirm you are using .37h1 with unicode support checked on configuration? There was an issue with timers in older versions.

(If so, and you don;t mind sharing the info, what language do you need unicode support for).

Powerpro setup tab showing 5.3.37 only. I believe it is unicode support
version. But I don't need a unicode support version. So you suggest I
should switch to Unicode in-supported version?

I tried to edit in the "Timers" tab itself. Only tried to reduce the
time but it is coming back after the restart.

Sorry, it works for me on both 37h1 and 37r1, You can tell the version by ctrl-right clicking on bar and selecting "about powerpro" form the resulting menu. Or right click on exe, select properties, details tab.

Do try r1 if you are not using the unicode features. Make sure you use the install setup program but you can specify the pcf folder you are using now as the pcf format between the two versions does not change.

If it still fails, please be very specific about: which timer letter. Which items (Running auto start etc) are checked for the timer. Which edit you change -- it should not be the "reset" value. What you mean by restart. Do you mean simply OKing our of configure. Or do you mean restarting powerpro.

Is your pcf stored in the exe folder because this setup is not supported (when you install, make sure you use separate folder then copy pcf file and scripts folder to it). Are you running PowerPro.exe elevated. I also don't support this, although it does seem to work for some people.

Sorry Bruce, i am using powerpro version 5.3.37h1.

As per your instructions just downloaded 5.3.35r1 .exe file and
installed but still the same.

I used Timers tab to edit the row "b" down timer. Just tried to reduce
the time only.

Pls review my other note and provide requested info. But I'm doubtful I can help further. In any event, recommend workaround is used *timer command from PPro.
